The Incident Management Team, Inc. (IMT) is a nationally recognized consulting and training organization, specializing in pre-incident prevention, crisis management, and post-incident recovery. IMT was founded in 1994 by Marilyn Knight, M.S.W. and Kenneth Wolf PhD after responding to the aftermath of the Royal Oak Post Office Shooting. IMT staff is a variety of multi-disciplinary experts, specialist in psychology who have consulted with Federal and local law enforcement agencies and who specialize in the assessment of murders and sexual offenses; security experts specializing in personal and executive protection who have, for many years, provided a broad spectrum of security services to Fortune 100 and other companies. Equally valuable members of IMT’s team are experts in the field of litigation defense, critical incident response, tactical media communications and industrial psychology.
