There is an unmet need, by large, medium sized and small companies in the United States, for comprehensive violence prevention, emergency threat assessment, security and post-incident disaster/crisis management services and requisite on-going legal and technical support. Often, the skills, personnel and resources to manage such low frequency events are beyond the capability of most companies. The AllianceNet System was developed by the Incident Management Team (IMT) as a means to fill this need by offering integrated violence prevention, threat management, legal, security and post-incident consultation and response services on an “as need”, consortium basis. Such IMT services are also consistent with OSHA Violence Prevention Guidelines.

As opposed to customized, expensive, in-house programs, the IMT AllianceNet is a cost-effective means to deliver to companies, 24 hour emergency response services to manage high-risk events, supported by networks of experts consultants in the fields of violence prevention, threat assessment, security, crisis response, public relations and litigation defense. In essence, the IMT AllianceNet is a means for companies to outsource all of their crisis management/security/ workplace violence requirements on a “just-in-time” basis.

The AllianceNet delivers to Members a Comprehensive Violence Prevention, Threat Management and Post-Incident Response capability delivered through:

24 hour emergency referrals to expert consultants,
On-going technical support and consultation,
Access to 24 hour on-site crisis team response,
Instructional “Kits” to implement violence prevention and crisis response programs,
Training programs which support AllianceNet systems implementations.
