Crisis Management and People Recovery after Mass Casualty, Active Shooter Incidents and Workplace Emergencies
Active shooter incidents, terrorism and mass casualty incidents have been occurring in the United States and internationally. This CET training will focus on helping organizations develop crisis management programs to reduce the impact of trauma on employees, customers, students, and / or stakeholders. It will define strategies for effective preparedness to manage, and recover from the aftermath of workplace violence, traumatic accidents, fatalities and workplace emergencies.
